How are the works for sale selected?
At Art Hunter Club, we select the artists and they choose the works they want to put up for sale, along with descriptions, photographs, etc.

Who can sell on AHC?
All our artists have been recognised for their work. We find the artists so we can offer you a diverse and high-quality selection. Are you an artist who would like to join AHC? Contact us.

Are the works available as reprints?
All the works displayed on Art Hunter Club are originals.

Do the works come with a certificate of authenticity?
All works for sale on Art Hunter Club come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Furthermore, all editions (photographs, prints, etc.) are numbered and signed by the artist.

A piece is no longer available, can I order a similar one?
Many of our artists accept orders, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you are looking for a work that is no longer available.

Can I frame any artwork? 
Absolutely. Sometimes the artist will have already provided a frame, which we can send you photos of. If the work is not framed, you can specify when making the purchase that you would like the work to be framed. We will organise the perfect solution for you. }

Do you give recommendations and advice?
We can save you time when you are searching for your artwork, so don’t hesitate to ask us for advice on your tastes or requirements. Personal advice is one of our services.

Do I have to pay for the personal advice service? 
Personal consultation is a free service offered by Art Hunter Club.
I want to give someone a gift, but I don’t know which piece to choose. What should I do?
It’s not easy to choose a work of art for someone else, even if you know them well, but AHC will help you find the perfect gift.
We have several options available for giving a unique gift:

  • Based on tastes.
  • Assessing the physical space in which the work could be placed.
  • We present you with a selection taking into account the budget.
  • A gift card for a specific amount.

Nothing beats giving art as a gift!

How do I know if you have pieces by the artist I’m looking for? 
If you have the name of the artist, you can search for them on our website. If that doesn’t return any results, leave your details with us and we will inform you immediately if the artist joins AHC.

How can I check the measurements of the artwork?
The measurements of the artworks are indicated on their pages. Please contact us if you have any questions. We are here to help and can send extra pictures to enable you to grasp the dimensions of the work more precisely.

Is the image displayed on the site an accurate representation of the work?
The image represents an accurate description of the work of art, but has no contractual validity. We are able to send you additional images.

How do I buy art on AHC?
To purchase a work of art, you need to click on the “BUY” button that can be found on every artwork’s page. You will be redirected to your basket. When you click on “Proceed”, you will be asked to select your payment method (card, PayPal, or you can call us for bank transfers). You will receive confirmation from our payment processor once your payment has been processed.

Which payment methods are accepted?
All cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.) and payment via PayPal.

What happens once the payment has been processed?
Once payment has been made, the work will be reserved for you! We will notify you promptly to confirm availability and delivery times (7 days on average). We will then set the date of delivery to the address you provided during checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Of course. You can cancel your order via email before the work has been shipped. Once it has been shipped, the cancellation period begins 14 days after delivery. If the work is returned, we will refund your money once the piece has arrived back and been checked to ensure that it is in good condition.

How are the artworks packaged?
The works are packaged by the artist or their gallery according to a standardised packing process. We check the packaging before shipment to ensure that the work is properly protected.

What is the delivery time?
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes around 7 days on average, allowing time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the availability of the artist, the potential framing of a piece, and the distance between the artist’s studio and your home. Whatever the case, we will keep you informed and it will be done as quickly as possible.

Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver everywhere!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price, provided delivery is within Spain.

Is the work insured during shipment?
Absolutely! AHC organises and transports the work. You don’t need to worry about a thing.

If I buy multiple artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?
If the works are by the same artist, they can (usually) be delivered at the same time.
If they are by different artists, the delivery dates will be different.
However, if you need the artworks to arrive at the same place at the same time, let us know and we will coordinate the delivery accordingly.

Can I send works of art to another country or to another person?
We will ship to the address provided with your order. We generally arrange the delivery date with the person who will receive the work with the name assigned to it. If it is a surprise or a gift, please let us know!

I’ve changed my mind or I no longer like the artwork… What can I do?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the work to notify us. We will organise and cover the costs of the return. You will be refunded once the work has been returned to the artist. In the event of a return you are responsible for packing the work.

The artwork was damaged on arrival. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current condition of the work and we will make a decision together.
Depending on the severity of the damage, we can repair the work, or you can return it for a refund. AHC covers the costs for repairs and shipping in the event of damage during delivery.

Who pays for returning the works?
AHC, provided it is within Spain.

How does the refund process work?
A refund will be issued after the work has been returned to the artist and its condition has been assessed.
